Heaven never seemed closer with this attic apartment. Our exclusive apartment is the largest of the three and boasts a terrace with a 360° view. Cutting-edge equipment combined with regional, natural furnishing, and modern creature comforts. Snuggle up in front of the crackling flames of the fireplace in the living area, while luxury relaxation takes on a whole new meaning on the open rooftop terrace. The spacious day bed (1.4 m) in the living room doubles as a sleeping bed.

We use 100% natural and renewal energy sources, i.e. the sun and the wood form our forests, to provide you with heating, electricity, and hot water.

Let your hair down whenever you want. The apartment’s rooftop terrace boasts a jacuzzi and a private, Finnish sauna.
Chill out at the pool
Exclusive access to the garden with “biopool”, lounger, and sunbed; dedicated play area for children.
Farm breakfast
Variety-packed SPORNBERG breakfast included. With fresh, free-range eggs from the Buchhütterhof, homemade jams and cakes, and regionally-sourced speciality sausages and cheeses. You can also look forward to yoghurts, seasonal fruit, dried fruit from the farm and bread from our own, home-milled flour. And, of course, coffee, tea made with our own herbs and fruits, and homemade juices.
Every day from 7.30 – 10 am in the hay barn or, on request, in your apartment.
